Operation Analyst

We are looking for Operation Analyst that will handle the following:

Assistance to BU Operations:

• Monitoring and analyzing BU (Business Units) including fuel consumption and port performance
• Assisting with ad-hoc analysis
• Monitoring ZIM’s schedule integrity KPI
• On demand reports and analysis for vessel and port performance
  
  

• Define and build data models, dashboards and ML solutions in Dataiku
• Define and build dashboards in Tableau
• Build alternative analysis tools
  
  

• Analyzing and managing port productivity targets for all regions and countries
• Handling authorizations requests
  
  

• Using Microsoft Power Automate and PowerApps to develop automation solutions for global operation.
  
  

• Maintaining external and internal information systems such as VPS, vessel monitoring systems, ZIM website
• GOC updates to all company units.
  
  

• An academic degree in Industrial Engineering/Economics
• Very strong analytical skills - a must
• 1-2 years of experience in analytical positions - a must
• Very strong Excel skills (power pivot, power query, advanced functions) – a must.
• BI tools (Dataiku/Tableau/Power BI) – a big advantage
• PowerApps and Power Automate Skills – a big advantage
• Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking)
