Job Description:

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a product and team Manager in the oncology/hemato-oncology field to launch a groundbreaking product.

Location: Field position, Israel

Responsibilities:

• Strategic management of product marketing, product cycle management.
• Market analysis and identification of growth opportunities.
• Building financial forecasts and a business plan, meeting growth and profit expectations.
• Managing a small team of representatives and analyzing sales processes.
• Working across the organization with various interfaces such as Medical, Market Access, and more.
• Promoting the digital strategy across various channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences – Required
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a product manager – Required
• Experience in the field of oncology/hemato-oncology – A great advantage
• Business orientation and proven marketing abilities
• Ability to lead tasks and people
• Passion for action and creative thinking
• High-level English – Required
