• Manage and maintain Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
• Oversee hybrid (multi-cloud) infrastructures and VMware environments.
• Perform **network troubleshooting, firewall management, and VPN** configuration.
• Administer Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Juniper Mist, and Fortinet solutions.
• Automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Collaborate with the IT team members to implement best practices and security measures.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in the IT field and at list 2 years as sysadmin
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, networking, security, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  
  

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Juniper Mist, Slack and Fortinet.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with automation tools such as Make.com, Zapier.
