About Us

We are a fast-growing gaming startup (8 people, $1M+ ARR in under 7 months), helping game studios scale their monetization art. We seek a lawyer with an entrepreneurial mindset to own our legal, financial, and operational functions, working closely with the CEO. This role is high-impact, hands-on, and dynamic—you’ll handle both strategic, high-stakes work (fundraising, legal, financial planning) and the essential day-to-day tasks that keep us running.

You’ll be handling the "sexy" high-stakes work—like fundraising, investor relations, and company strategy—but also the "dirty work" of solving operational bottlenecks.

• Operations: Support hiring, manage internal processes, handle sensitive data, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
• Legal: Manage contracts, fundraising prep, compliance, and work with external legal firms.
• Finance: Oversee capital, work with accountants, track expenses, and optimize financial strategy.

• Lawyer with 2-5+ years of experience in corporate, commercial, or startup law.
• Experience in finance, business ops, or startups is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
