NavonAI is a new SU building a transformative solution for earthworks automation, combining AI technologies with current design and planning tools. We are looking for an experienced Civil/Infrastructure engineer to join our team in building next generation engineering tools for infrastructure development and earthworks.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Civil Engineer. You will be responsible for reviewing planners civil plans in fields such as earthworks planning, site development, drainage and foundations. You will define set-up plans, execution plans and performance specifications for various scenarios.

You will be the subject matter expert on all civil engineering related tasks within the team. Consult the software development team around industry best practices and potential process improvements. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on the company roadmap and vision at an early stage!

Qualifications

• 5+ Years Experience in Civil Engineering planning and execution, preferably in an infrastructure or earthworks firm/projects
• 3+ Years Experience working with AutoCad Civil 3D or similar tools
• Previous work on automation tools is a strong plus
• Previous experience as BIM engineer or experience with BIM tools is a plus
• Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Great communication skills, Ability to work in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
