Head of DevOps

An international high-tech company is looking for an interesting and challenging position - DevOps Team Leader

requirements:

• 10+ years of experience applying SRE principles in a large production environment. 

• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda). 

• Expertise in automation tools and frameworks - Terraform, Chef must.

• Expertise in Linux must.

• Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and incident response processes. 

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems. 

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Ability to work as part of an On-Call rotation is a must.  

Preferred qualifications: 

• Experience in data ops for MongoDB.

• Experience working with cloud environment – Azure experience is a strong plus.

• Out of the box, agile thinking and ability to adapt to changing environment. 

• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex system.
