R&D MANAGER

We are looking for an R&D manager to join us.

As an R&D MANAGER, ­­­­­­­­You will lead a team and will be responsible for designing and developing our Technological products.

Job description-

• Lead a team of developers and Support Team
• Responsible for product life cycle: architecture, design, development, quality, and production
• Working in a fast-growing retail company on challenging projects
• Work with various technologies, developing, and implementing systems, applications development.
• Hands-on Software development.
• Working closely with the Data team, product managers, e-commerce, marketing, and digital departments

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a team lead/R&D manager -must
• At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer
• Experience in developing server-side, including - .Net & .Net core - must!
• Experience in front-end development including – Html, CSS, JavaScript, react, angular
• Proven architecture and design skills
• Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, Postgres, and MongoDB databases
• Experience with working on cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
• Proven ability in project management and understanding of business processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven, leads by example, with a "hands-on" management style
• A strong sense of creativity aids in the process of thinking of new product ideas and solving problems creatively
• Bachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering
