Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive personal assistant to support the CEO in all aspects of his activities. This role includes managing a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, tracking ongoing invoices and coordinating with the finance department, overseeing the company's vehicle fleet, handling day-to-day office administration, and managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role – must

* Experience working with Monday.com – significant advantage

* Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

* Assertiveness and a proactive mindset

Location: Full-time position at our offices in Azrieli Holon.

Type: Temporary position (maternity leave replacement) with an option for extension.
