Expansion to new distributors and retailers is the main growth engine for our global business, making this role highly significant in driving our international success.

Job Description

The International Business Development Manager will focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with qualified prospective distributors and retailers to secure new partnerships and drive growth in key markets. This role reports to the Vice President of Global Retail & Distribution.

• Manage the process of converting qualified international prospects (both distributors and retailers) into active business accounts.
• Develop customized proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Oversee the planning and execution of trade shows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential distributors and retailers.
• Manage accounts that operate on a deal-by-deal basis, such as those in the off-price market.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of international business development experience.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong hunger for sales.
• Assertive and competitive.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in the beauty industry- advantage.
