CTO & Co-Founder (Hands-On) – 50/50 Equity Share

QSplit is a hyper-growth SaaS startup specializing in payment solutions for eCommerce websites. Our platform uses smart checkout optimization to increase conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment, helping online stores maximize revenue.

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on CTO & Co-Founder to join QSplit as an equal partner (50/50 equity share). This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tel Aviv, with flexibility for remote work. The CTO will lead technology strategy, software development, and product architecture, playing a key role in shaping the company's future.

• Lead the technology strategy and define the overall software architecture.
• Oversee full product development and execute the roadmap with an agile approach.
• Build and scale the engineering team, ensuring high performance and technical excellence.
• Develop and implement IT, security, and cloud infrastructure strategies to support scalability and reliability.
• Hands-on Full Stack development, including integrations with payment gateway APIs and eCommerce platforms.
• Architect and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for high availability and performance.
• Drive innovation in smart checkout optimization and advanced payment solutions to increase conversion rates.

• Extensive experience in software development & system architecture.
• Strong Full Stack development skills, including API integrations with payment gateways.
• Proven ability to build and scale SaaS platforms in high-growth environments.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps best practices.
• Strong technical leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Background in eCommerce technology, payment solutions, and checkout optimization is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to long-term success and innovation.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
