Database Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator to work with Big data technologies, with high technical skills and passion for data, to join us at Twingo, a boutique leading Big Data & Analytics company, which has delivered more than a hundred Big Data projects, ranging up to several PB. (Experience with Big data not required)

Come and work with some of the top technologies in the Big Data industry:

• Design, develop & maintain the BIG DATA platform.
• Design, develop & maintain the BIG DATA infrastructure (development, monitoring, installation, integration, etc…)
•  Be part of the dynamic and agile core DB team.
• Collaborate with field engineers for the deployment phases.

Job location – Herzliya, Israel.

Job requirements

• Over 3 years' experience as DB (infrastructure and applications), preferably with experience in production environment.
• Proven track record with Linux at a high level
• Experience with develop python- at a high level
• Experience with Performance & Tuning
• Experience with Query optimization
• Experience with Big data- advantage
