Software Automation and Test Lead

Xsight Labs is seeking a highly skilled Software Automation and Test Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts and ensuring the quality of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Defining the QA strategy, approach, standards, and execution.
• Lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify and report software defects in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software and/or test automation development (Python or other scripting languages).
• 3+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience with testing and automation for projects involving both software and hardware.
• Background and knowledge around networking and/or storage protocols.
• Experience with Test Management and Test Automation Tools.
