About Us

The Jesselson Family Office is an Israeli/US single-family office overseeing diverse investments (real estate, private equity, capital markets, venture capital, and private companies), estate planning, and financial management.

About the Role

We are looking for a finance professional to manage and optimize the financial operations, reporting, and compliance of our family office. This is a hands-on, back-office role requiring strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and cash flow management across multiple entities and jurisdictions. The candidate will lead the finance department of the family office. 

Key Responsibilities

·      Financial Reporting & Accounting: Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Israeli GAAP and US GAAP/IFRS as needed. Manage reconciliations, multi-entity consolidations, and timely financial statement preparation.

·      Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Israeli & US tax regulations, manage cross-border reporting, and coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors.

·      Budgeting & Cash Flow Management: Prepare and monitor budgets, track capital allocations and expenditures, and oversee banking relationships.

·      Financial Controls & Operations: Implement and refine internal controls, optimize financial workflows, and ensure smooth financial administration.

·      Investment & Asset Management Support: Track and report on investment performance across various asset classes (real estate, equities, private equity, etc.).

·      Assistance with Investment-Related Financial Due Diligence: Provide support with investment-related financial due diligence as needed.

Who You Are

·      CPA (Israel) required; familiarity with US tax/reporting is a plus.

·      3-5 years of experience (post-internship) in a relevant financial role outside of an accounting firm.

·      Strong background in multi-entity financial reporting & compliance.

·      Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.

·      Fluent in Hebrew & English (written and spoken).

·      Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with a proactive mindset.
