What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborating with Customers & Sales:

• Partner with customers, sales, and pre-sales teams to gather insights and feedback.
• Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring our products align with their needs.

Driving Development Priorities:

• Manage and prioritize the development backlog, keeping business goals front and center.
• Work hand-in-hand with R&D teams to deliver features on time and at the highest quality.

Facilitating R&D Communication:

• Be the go-to person for communicating priorities and schedules to the R&D team.
• Stay on top of progress, proactively addressing any roadblocks.

Creating Stellar Product Documentation:

• Develop user-friendly product guides and release notes.
• Ensure all documentation is clear, accessible, and helpful for a variety of audiences.

Keeping Everyone in the Loop:

• Serve as the central hub for product-related questions across the organization.
• Share exciting updates, roadmaps, and strategies with stakeholders.
• Support marketing and sales with your technical expertise and input.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record as a Product Manager, ideally in software or video analytics.
• Technical know-how with a solid understanding of software development.
• Fantastic communicator who can connect with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Organized multitasker who thrives on juggling priorities.
• Experience with backlog management tools like JIRA or Trello.
• A knack for writing clear, detailed, and engaging documentation.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering real value.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Knowledge of video analytics, AI, or machine learning technologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• A background in B2B software environments.
