We are looking for an AI Engineer to help us build and optimize AI-driven legal solutions. At Flare, we leverage AI to redefine how legal services are delivered, making them more intelligent, efficient, and accessible.

What You Will Do

• Design and deploy AI models that power legal automation and intelligence solutions.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs specifically for legal workloads and applications.
• Build efficient AI pipelines for processing large volumes of legal data.
• Evaluate and improve AI performance metrics across accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into our platform.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and experiment with innovative techniques.
• Ensure AI applications are explainable, ethical, and aligned with legal compliance standards.
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on Python experience with proven software engineering skills (Node.js/TypeScript a plus).
• Proven track record building and deploying ML models that solve business problems in production.
• Strong SQL expertise (NoSQL knowledge is advantageous) for handling complex data requirements.
• Experienced with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Proficient in cloud-based ML deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Solid background in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and text-processing techniques.
• Excellent collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments.
