Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role located in the Haifa District, Israel. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with customers, implementing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

• Experience in industrial automation, robotics - advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Fluency in English and Hebrew
• Identifying customer needs
• Characterizing equipment and technological solutions
• Providing price quotes and managing negotiations until closing deals
• Engineering characterization and leading tension with the engineering department
• Managing existing customer portfolios and locating new customers
• Conducting training at the customer site, technical and marketing support for the company's customers
• Technical materials for documentation, training and marketing
• Representing the company at conferences and meetings
• Continuous management with the parent company, including new products and product handling
• Traveling throughout the country and abroad as needed

Job requirements

• Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer with proven experience of at least 5 years in industry – a must!
• Experience in industrial production engineering – a significant advantage!
• Experience in technology sales – a must!
• Good written and oral expression skills – a must!
• Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS
• Technical orientation, big head, work ethic, assertiveness and loyalty.
• The position is intended for both women and men.
• Full-time position in the Haifa area.
