Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI Focus)

About Us

We are building an AI-powered sales platform specifically tailored for D2C brands. Our platform is designed to dramatically enhance salespeople’s capacity and improve conversion rates. Since our launch, we have signed commercial contracts with leading insurance companies and large e-commerce brands. Currently, we are more than doubling the number of transactions per month and increasing sales teams' capacity by 3x.

Our stack includes Vue.js, Python, and SQL within an AWS-managed architecture.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build enterprise-grade AI agents that can handle thousands of customer interactions daily. This role requires backend expertise, with a strong focus on LLMs, scalability, and maintainability.

You will be responsible for developing AI-powered sales agents, designing robust APIs, and optimizing system and agents performance as we scale. You will work closely with our CTO, Aharon Avitzur, to drive the technical vision and ensure the successful execution of AI-driven solutions. Primary Responsibilities

• Research, design, and deploy new AI-driven solutions for groundbreaking projects.
• Develop and scale AI-powered sales agents that drive meaningful business outcomes.
• Architect, build, and maintain REST APIs for both internal and external customers.
• Identify bottlenecks and performance issues, making architectural trade-offs to balance product-market fit and platform adoption.
• Help define and optimize our AI sales platform’s architecture.
• Take ownership of features and deliver creative, high-impact solutions.
• Communicate proactively, define scopes, break down tasks, and manage risks effectively.

What You'll Bring

• A passion for building AI-powered products and pushing the boundaries of AI agents.
• Experience leading large-scale projects through ambiguity and technical challenges.
• Strong backend development experience with Python, particularly in building large-scale backend applications and APIs.
• Experience with relational databases (advanced SQL, database modeling) – this is a must.
• Experience building modular, flexible architectures that maximize scalability and extensibility.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based application development.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js is a plus.

Even Better If You Have

• Hands-on experience developing AI agents or AI-driven automation.
• Personal or professional experience working with LLMs and AI-related technologies. -
• Prior experience in SaaS environments and scalable cloud architectures.
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Past roles that involved direct interaction with end customers to shape software development.
