Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Senior Game Developer to take ownership of game architecture, development, and performance optimization. This role requires both hands-on coding expertise and the ability to lead technical decisions and mentor developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of HTML5-based games using Phaser, JavaScript, and Next.js.
• Design and implement game mechanics, AI behavior, and interactive elements.
• Optimize game performance for various devices and browsers.
• Ensure scalable and maintainable architecture, writing clean, modular code.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver polished, high-quality games.
• Stay up to date with new web technologies and integrate best practices.

Requirements

✔ 5+ years of experience in game development, specializing in HTML5/JavaScript games.

✔ Expertise in Phaser 3, including animations, physics, asset management, and input handling.

✔ Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+) with modular development.

✔ Experience with Next.js/React for integrating front-end frameworks with game logic.

✔ Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide developers.

✔ Deep understanding of game performance optimization, including FPS improvements, memory management, and responsive gameplay.

✔ Familiarity with WebSockets and multiplayer game mechanics (preferred but not required).
