Contract Support for Electronic Corp. in Herzliya
Administrative support for the entire operations and finance unit.
Point of contact for all billing matters with suppliers and customers, including debt collection.
Management of annual service agreements with suppliers.
Collecting data on operational aspects (safety, PPM, HR, etc.) and ensuring compliance with procedures.
Monitoring the team's performance, including generating and analyzing reports – service calls, preventive maintenance, response time to customers.
Proficiency in all computerized systems, including implementation.
Understanding of the organization's procedures and processes, their activation, and enforcement with the teams.
Support in procurement/operations/finance aspects with various teams:
Responsibilities
- Uploading invoices, customer orders, and purchase orders to suppliers correctly, on time, and in accordance with company requirements.
- Billing customers for operational expenses (FIX / VAR and additional work) on time and according to the established commercial terms for each customer.
- Tracking, reporting, and following up on unpaid invoices (debt collection) for all customers of the business unit.
- Ensuring data completeness before closing the financial month.
- Uploading customer budgets to the ERP system and updating them, collecting data from business unit managers.
- Monitoring and executing control processes with the teams regarding budget compliance, invoicing, billing, order closure, and any other means to ensure full adherence to requirements.
- Understanding the contract with each customer, including commercial terms for billing.
- Super User of the ERP system (Priority) for training the team, answering questions, and generating reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree – an advantage.
- Previous experience in procurement and budget management.
- High computer skills, with experience in Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook.
- Very good English proficiency.
- Experience working in a corporation – an advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Priority / SAP / other).
- High-level time management skills, organizational skills, and work methods.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment, sometimes under pressure, with changing requirements and priorities.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular working hours occasionally.
- Commitment to long-term employment.
