What You'll Do:

• Oversee accounts payable (AP) by processing vendor invoices, managing the approval workflow, and ensuring timely payments to both local and international vendors.
• Manage the payment process.
• Oversee accounts receivable (AR) by issuing invoices, tracking payments, and updating records.
• Handle collections, follow up on overdue accounts, maintain customer communication, and resolve payment issues.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain financial records and reports for Israeli authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (monthly VAT reports and yearly reports 126, 856).
• Assist in preparing end-of-month (EOM) procedures, including monthly P&L, accruals, and quarterly and monthly reports.
• Support the external audit process.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping – preferably in a tech company
• Certified Bookkeeper (level 2 - level 3 is a plus).
• Experience with NetSuite.
• Fluent English - written and spoken.
• Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task.
