Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial matters, transactions, and business activities within a publicly traded company.

Draft and review agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.

Support legal strategies and initiatives within the company.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to publicly traded companies.

Requirements:

6-8 years of experience in commercial and high-tech legal work.

Experience in an organization, a publicly traded corporates and a background from a leading law firm.

Deep understanding of public companies and corporate law.

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
