NPI Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineering Manager to lead the NPI (New Product Introduction) process and oversee multiple engineering projects in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in electronics engineering, who can manage both the technical and project aspects of product development while collaborating with diverse teams across the company.

Job Description:

• Lead multiple engineering projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficiency and successful process development.
• Manage the NPI process and take engineering responsibility for product components, bridging development, design, and production teams to ensure smooth product launches.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high quality, meeting all organizational goals and standards.
• Oversee the engineering responsibility for company products, including third-party items, ensuring technical requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop manufacturing processes for new products and manage the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including technical files, part numbers (PNs), drawings, and Bills of Materials (BoM).
• Drive the implementation and support of robotics and automation in the production process, enhancing efficiency and product quality.
• Write process specifications and test instructions, ensuring all products undergo thorough testing and validation.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure smooth integration of external resources into internal processes.
• Review and evaluate change requests from suppliers and customers, ensuring accurate and timely updates to the product.
• Provide ongoing technical support to internal teams, addressing issues related to product quality, manufacturing challenges, and customer concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering – a must.
• Proven experience as an NPI Manager in a manufacturing company – a must.
• Proven experience in NPI management or managing NPI projects – a must.
• Experience with mechanical design (e.g., plastic molding, rapid prototyping) – Advantage.
• Proven experience in implementing and improving engineering processes to optimize efficiency and product quality.
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary systems, including mechanical engineering.
• Familiarity with tools such as Priority, Altium, and SolidWorks.
• Experience with the introduction and integration of robotics and automation – Advantage.
• Experience working with subcontractors and managing internal interfaces.
• Strong command of English – reading, writing, and speaking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams, manage pressure, and demonstrate initiative and innovation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
