Deputy Director

Job Overview:

As Deputy Director at FOA, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to combat online antisemitism. Working closely with the Executive Director, you’ll help shape and execute FOA’s long-term goals in operations, partnership outreach, and fundraising. You’ll represent FOA at meetings, events, and forums, pitching our mission to potential supporters while working with a dedicated team to launch impactful campaigns, expand our reach, and build lasting partnerships. This role is perfect for a professional with excellent fundraising and management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. It's a full-time part-time job, remote.

Responsibilities:

●    Oversee FOA’s operations, acting as a liaison between the Executive Director and FOA’s team. Collaborate with team members and contractors to implement successful campaigns and programs.

●    Lead revenue generation efforts of FOA’s long-term programs to potential donors, partners and stakeholders, promoting our workshops, educational initiatives, and fundraising opportunities to new audiences.

●    Lead outreach efforts to build and grow partnerships with communities, federations, schools, and Jewish organizations internationally.

●    Represent FOA in speaking engagements, media events, coalition meetings, and public forums.

●    Develop metrics to track progress and measure impact, ensuring alignment with FOA’s objectives

Qualifications:

●    2+ years of managerial experience with proven track record in leading teams to execute successful marketing and fundraising campaigns.

●    Strong relationship-building skills with experience in outreach and sales.

●    Proven ability to build relationships and secure partnerships with Jewish organizations across North America.

●    Fluent in English and Hebrew, with excellent written and spoken communication skills

●    Skilled in public speaking, media interviews, and leading lectures.
