Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple global implementation projects and serve as the key interface between the company and its clients. This role requires strong leadership, a broad strategic perspective, and the ability to manage multiple global projects simultaneously.

As a primary point of contact for clients, the Project Manager will ensure that projects progress according to plan and client expectations are met, and all necessary preparations for installations are in place. The role involves close collaboration with internal technical teams to relay client needs, feedback, and project insights.

This position requires frequent international travel to meet with clients, oversee project milestones, and maintain high-level project oversight across multiple regions.

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple software projects to ensure successful delivery within scope and timeline constraints. Define project milestones and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns and soliciting feedback to drive continuous improvement. Work closely with internal departments, including engineering, product, and operations, to align project execution with client needs. Matrix management of global project managers. Delegate tasks effectively, monitor team performance, and ensure collaboration and accountability to achieve project goals. Issue Resolution & Risk Management – Identify challenges early and work with internal teams to find solutions that prevent project disruptions Frequent Client Site Visits – Travel internationally to meet with clients, review project status, and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Experience in leading complex global projects.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and expectations while ensuring project success.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to track project progress and maintain clear oversight.
• Ability to translate client feedback into actionable insights for technical teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. Specialization in mechanical engineering is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites worldwide.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
  
  

• Direct experience in mobile fleet operations or maintenance is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools. Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications is an asset.
• Professional Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification demonstrating project management expertise.
