About The Role

We are seeking a Retention Trainer to join our team in Herzliya. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in training retention teams within the Forex industry and a strong understanding of sales techniques, compliance regulations, and strategies for improving retention performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs for retention agents to enhance their sales skills and client management techniques.

Provide ongoing coaching, workshops, and one-on-one training sessions to improve team performance.

Monitor and analyze agent performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing tailored training solutions.

Ensure all training is aligned with regulatory requirements and company standards. Work closely with the Retention, HR, and Compliance teams to develop and

implement best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance training programs.

Requirements

Must be based in Israel - office-based role in Herzliya. Proven experience as a Retention Trainer in a regulated Forex company. Strong understanding of retention sales strategies, compliance regulations, and

client relationship management. Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
