We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer / Team Lead to join our dynamic team. About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer / Team Lead, you will take ownership of the design, development, and architecture of modern applications. You’ll collaborate with top-tier professionals, make key technical decisions, and contribute to building high-performance, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable serverless/cloud-native applications
• Architect robust backend systems using Node.js and cloud services (AWS or equivalent)
• Build and maintain high-quality React / Next.js front-end applications
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments
• Lead technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and drive innovation
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability across all systems

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (more is an advantage)
• Strong expertise in cloud services (AWS or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Node.js for backend development
• Experience with React for front-end development
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and architectural skills
