Assistant Controller for a Real Estate Company

A leading Real Estate Public Company in Tel-Aviv is seeking a highly-

skilled, Assistant Controller to join our Finance Team.

Responsibilities

 Preparation of financial statements (on a quarterly and annual basis)

and Israeli tax reports

 Working closely with auditors and tax advisors, managing audits and

compliance

 Financial Analysis for the investment team

 Monitoring financials of portfolio companies and performance of

portfolio company valuations on a quarterly basis

 Oversee daily operations of financial activities and bookkeepers

 Compliance with local government reporting requirements

 Assistance with other financial reporting / requirements

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting

 Strong excel skills – required

 Team Player
