Description
Claims Operations handler Property & Casualty. רפרנט תביעות רכוש וחבויות עם ניסיון
- Manage all administration aspects of the claim and the department.
- Provide advice on a claim coverage and the processes involved, and guide insured on how to proceed with the claim.
- Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
- Analyses claim circumstances made by insured to satisfy the policy terms and conditions
- Monitor the progress of a claim
- Get advice from external specialists, such as loss adjusters and forensic accountants, on complex cases
- Ensure fair settlement of a valid claim and effective follow up
- Ensure the client is treated fairly and receives excellent service in accordance with WTW reputation.
Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience
- Experience in the insurance field - mandatory Insurer claims!
- Bachelor’s degree - Law
- Very good Command of English language
- Very Good Communication skills
