Mechanical Application Engineer

We're looking for a talented Mechanical Application Engineer to be the voice of our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You'll play a vital role in shaping our technology and driving customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Be the technical champion for our global customers, guiding them from initial contact to successful project execution.
• Collaborate with sales, application engineering, and product development teams to drive innovation.
• Uncover critical customer insights – product requirements, decision-making processes, and competitive landscapes.
• Analyze customer needs, challenge existing solutions, and champion improvements to our technology.
• Provide expert technical support, onboarding, and training to our valued customers.

Requirements:

• BSc. Degree in Engineering (Computer Science / Electrical engineering not relevant) from a reputable university.
• Expert proficiency in CAD  SolidWorks.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience
• fluent English required; additional languages a plus
• Proven technical hands-on experience.
• Bonus points for 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing experience!
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and manage accounts effectively.
• Willingness to travel to customer and partner sites.
