Business Operations Manager, Network

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our Fireblocks Network team. Reporting to the VP Business Lead - Fireblocks Network, this role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our network partners and product integrations. You will act as a key liaison across functions between our product, operations, and partners, ensuring efficient workflows and successful product/partner launches.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of network partners, including monitoring performance, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Work with Product and Technical Product Managers to develop and maintain operational documentation, including process flows, troubleshooting guides, and partner communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams (support, engineering, compliance) to address partner inquiries and resolve operational challenges.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage partner onboarding processes.
  
  

• Collaborate with Business Lead and product managers and act as a point of contact for network partner related inquiries
• Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform product development and help prioritize feature requests.
• Support the project management and launch of new partner integrations, ensuring smooth and successful deployments.
  
  

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Work with internal teams to automate processes.
  
  

• Work closely with product, engineering, support, and compliance teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Facilitate regular meetings with partners and internal stakeholders to review performance and discuss strategic initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to management on operational performance and partner activities.
  
  

• 2-3 years of experience in operations, partner management, or customer success within the technology or financial services industry.
• Collaborative mindset plus a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the tactical alongside the strategic
• Ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job tasks
• An analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and a keen ability to translate high-level goals into applicable plans
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion and a willingness to learn new information quickly, with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Experience in the crypto/digital asset space is a plus.
