About The Role

As a Senior Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing our backend systems to ensure high performance, security, and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Backend Development & Optimization:
• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance for reliability and efficiency.
• System Architecture & Design:
• Lead architecture discussions and design robust system frameworks that support current and future business needs.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Code Quality & Best Practices:
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Enforce coding standards through regular code reviews.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to ensure technical strategies align with business goals.
• Mentorship & Documentation:
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation and coding guidelines.
  

Job Requirements

• Proven Technical Experience:
• 5+ years in backend development using Node.js frameworks like Express JS, Next JS.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable RESTful APIs.

• Problem-Solving:
