The Photography and Video Editing activities of the organization should be managed effectively. Measures should be taken to ensure the quality, creativity, and timely delivery of visual content, along with the necessary editing and production. It must be ensured that all photography and video editing operations are carried out professionally, creatively, and on schedule to meet the organization’s needs.

• Editing and Post-Production of Visual Content
• Supervision of Photography and Editing Equipment
• Quality Enhancement of Photos and Videos
• Creative Content Development
• Ensuring Technical and Artistic Standards
• Reporting and Data Analysis on Media Projects
• Team Management and Coordination
• Supervision of Media Files and Documentation

Education

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film-making, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Videography, Editing, or a related field.
  
  

Experience

• At least +2 years of experience in photography, video production, and editing, preferably in an organizational setting.
  
  

Skills And Competencies

• Leadership and coordination abilities for managing a creative team.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, and editing techniques.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, lighting, and composition.
• Skills in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and Lightroom.
• Expertise in media project planning and content production.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and media management software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Pashto or Dari and working knowledge of English.
