System Administrator

Elmo is looking for a motivated System Administrator to join our team!

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and administration of the organization’s IT systems.
• Provide technical support and implement innovative solutions in a dynamic and complex work environment.
• Perform system maintenance, monitor the backup system, support company employees, and execute infrastructure projects.
• Ensure service targets are met and projects are delivered on time.
  
  

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a System Administrator – required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science/Computer Engineering) – an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, or VMware certification – significant advantage.
• Active Directory – Managing users, permissions, and Group Policies – required.
• DNS – Advanced DNS management and operation – required.
• VMware and ESXi – Installation, management, and operation of virtual environments – required.
• Firewall – Installation and maintenance of firewalls, preferably Fortigate and Palo Alto – required.
• Office 365 – Managing cloud environments, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint – required.
• Network – Configuration, maintenance, and management of Cisco and Juniper-based networks – required.
• Familiarity with backup systems (Veeam Backup) and monitoring systems – advantage.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and networks (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing) – advantage.
• Hebrew – required.
• High-level English proficiency – reading, writing, and speaking.
• Service-oriented attitude with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to independently and quickly resolve complex issues.
