Project Manager

Magnus-Metal is a ground-breaking start-up specializing in the development of an innovative additive casting process for producing exceptionally large metal components. This cutting-edge digital technology merges traditional casting with additive manufacturing, enabling the creation of custom-designed metal parts tailored to the customers' materials specifications. Our machine has successfully validated the technology and process. We are now seeking outstanding professionals to join team as we tackle the exciting challenges of scaling up this technology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary system-related projects in collaboration with R&D staff according to the company procedures and prioritization
• Assist VP Programs in coordination, execution and follow-up of ongoing tasks.
• Present project plans and conduct design reviews as necessary
• Lead and drive project execution: from requirements definition through deployment, while adhering to schedule, scope, budget estimation and implementation plans per company procedures and priorities, Collaborating with various key stakeholders at all levels
• Develop a close partnership with the process, operation and service teams to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables to meet the project work plan and customer expectations
• Analyze project status on an ongoing basis and report project outcomes
• Take effective decisions where needed, inform on risks in advance, perform risk mitigation and escalate to the appropriate management channels when necessary.
• Effectively advance and track the project during its lifecycle, including setting required meetings with stakeholders, documenting and collaborating with the different teams and leaders involved
• Serve as a point of contact for the project to ensure multi-teams actions remain in synergy and alignment
  
  

• B.Sc/M.Sc in System/Electrical/Mechanical/Process Engineering
• 10 years of experience in working with complex technological systems
• 5+ years of project management experience in multi-disciplinary (HW&SW) companies, with proven success in managing complex projects
• Passionate and curious about technology with high self-learning ability
• System engineering experience - preferable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – in Hebrew and English
• Ability to work in a methodic and orderly manner
• Practical experience working with project management applications
• Flexible approach towards technical challenges
• Strong attention to details: deadlines, scope, budget, technical details etc.
• Initiator, self-driven, highly independent
