We are looking for a Part-time Office Receptionist & HR Coordinator to join our People Team at Tel Aviv office.

• Part-time position (40%), two days a week – Thursday + Monday or Tuesday*
  
  

• Oversee the office’s front desk, including handling visitors, vendors, and couriers.
• Handle office logistics needs and maintenance tasks, including cafeteria functioning, office equipment and supplies, shipments, etc.
• Handle internal communications.
• Support the HR team with operational tasks such as scheduling interviews and updating candidates.
  
  

• BA student with availability for two days a week (Thursday + Monday/Tuesday)
• Service-oriented, flexible, and highly organized, with a positive approach and excellent multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook- an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
