About the Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers and researchers

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI leadership roles
• Proven experience collaborating with development teams, product managers, and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and product development processes
• Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional communication skills
• Business acumen with the ability to align UX/UI strategies with company goals
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
