Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end projects from initiation and requirements definition to deployment.
• Budget and resource management, analyzing requirement documents from stakeholders, identifying needs, and delving into details.
• Writing and expanding business specifications, functional requirements, and system specifications.
• Collaborating with multiple interfaces, including users, system analysts, development teams, QA, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and external vendors.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in managing cross-organizational projects, including matrix management.
• Strong leadership and process-driving capabilities.
• System-wide vision, business understanding, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, responsibility, and initiative.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering – an advantage.
