Python Developer

One of our clients, a pioneering company at the forefront of AI-driven financial crime prevention, is looking for a Python Developer to join their Tier 3 Support Engineering team.

This company specializes in cutting-edge Anti-Money Laundering (AML) technology, helping financial institutions worldwide detect and prevent fraudulent activity. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and want to make a real impact in global finance, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues escalated from Tier 2 support.
• Work hands-on with Python and advanced troubleshooting tools in a live production environment.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and DevOps teams to resolve systemic issues and improve product functionality.
• Manage critical incidents from start to resolution, ensuring minimal customer impact.
• Mentor support engineers and contribute to documentation and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Python Developer with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (Azure AKS, RedHat OCP).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar databases (a plus).
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket.
• Bonus points if you have worked with Spark, PySpark, or financial systems.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
