About The Team

We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead to help us redefine the way customers interact with digital assets. From integrating cutting-edge staking protocols to building native crypto products, you’ll enable our customers to unlock the full potential of their assets through seamless and secure interactions with DeFi solutions like swaps.

What You’ll Do

Join us in this dynamic role where you'll lead and build a team that's revolutionizing how our customers engage with DeFi. You will be spearheading the design of scalable architectures and exploring the forefront of blockchain technologies to simplify complex processes for our customers, all while fostering the growth and development of your team members.

This Position Will Challenge You To

• Lead a team that turns intricate systems into intuitive solutions for users worldwide.
• Research and integrate emerging blockchain protocols and DeFi innovations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to create seamless experiences that bridge the gap between complexity and usability.
  
  

• 3+ Years of experience as a team leader.
• 7+ years of experience as a developer.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrating cloud-native solutions
• Expertise in writing code within Agile environments, leveraging CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science
• A proven track record of researching and integrating new technologies.
• A security-first mindset, always prioritizing robustness and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with React - an advantage.
• Familiarity with blockchain or cryptocurrency technology is a major advantage.
