As the Director of Product Management, you will play a critical leadership role, overseeing multiple products and leading a team of high-performing product managers.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, market needs, and customer requirements. Additionally, you will oversee work with R&D, ensuring best practices in product development processes are implemented and set and uphold a high standard of product professionalism.

This role requires a strong strategic mindset, leadership and execution abilities, and deep expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS. Domain knowledge in Compliance, risk management, or data-driven products is an advnatge.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor the Product Management Team – Manage, coach, and grow a team of product managers, ensuring high performance and standards, and a strong product culture.
• Define & Execute Product Roadmap – Own the product vision and roadmap for your area, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate closely with R&D, Data Science, GTM and CX teams to drive product execution and market adoption.
• Customer-Centric Approach – Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs and pain points and present Shield value
• Drive Innovation & Differentiation – Identify and develop unique selling propositions (USPs) that enhance Shield’s market position
• Product Delivery & Execution – Ensure smooth execution of key initiatives, defining clear success metrics, prioritizing deliverables, and removing blockers to meet aggressive timelines.
• Stakeholder Management – Work closely with executive leadership to communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and impact, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership – Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success/operation to define product messaging, positioning, pricing, and launch strategies.
  
  

• At least 5+ years managing product managers in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in Enterprise grade B2B SaaS and Data Platforms. Experience in Compliance, Risk Management, AI-driven Products, or RegTech is a key advantge .
• Strong technical background or experience working closely with engineering and data science teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making data-driven decisions while adapting to evolving priorities.
• Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and scaling product teams.
• Experience in managing complex roadmaps, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Experience working withexec level enterprise customers, compliance officers, or financial services clients is a plus.
