Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager for one of our clients, a Global Pharmaceutical company. The position is a fixed-term position for 6 months.

Job responsibilities include:

New Products – Launch PMO

Focal point with the functions outside Israel (supply chain management, QA) to align between global functions and local activities.

PMO local activities -design plan and follow up

NHB Inclusion work

Manage submission of NHB Files, and all the activities that are required throughout the NHB inclusion process

Pricing

·      Support Business case preparation

·      Upload prices to the Company's pricing system as per instructions from GM, Market Access and Head of Commercial Operations & Trade

Disease Awareness Campaign

Closely work with Brand manager to decide on the target audience, content, channels

Localization of global content; setting up the website for the wider audience – manage the ongoing activities in the website

Co - Manage gant of budget and activities

Work closely with the company's PR & Advertising agency.

Website Admin

Administration of local company website

Job requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field

* Project Management: At least 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a similarly regulated industry

* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, collaboration platforms) is desirable.

* Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of website administration and social media content strategy

* Cross-functional influencing: able to collaborate cross-functionally, and coordinate with diverse teams and external partners

* High level of English proficiency - both verbal and written
