Reverse Recruiter - Technical

About the role:

• In this exciting role, you will be helping candidates land roles with employers. 

• Reverse Recruiting is the opposite of traditional recruiting, where instead of the employer paying a fee, the candidate pays the fee to find a job. 

• Option to get paid in US dollars – salary plus commission. 

• $2100 US per month Plus monthly bonuses. Total compensation once ramped up should be over 100K US per year.

• Advancement potential if you perform well to be promoted into a manager.

Responsibilities:

• Research roles and apply for positions on behalf of the client.

• Do a deep intake session with the client to learn about their career needs. 

• Track all information accurately in our CRM – Monday.com 

• Maintain excellent communication with the candidate and the Super Star Resume team. 

• Coach and help candidate with Interviews

Requirements:

• 1 year of IT Recruitment experience.

• Must have an understanding of technology roles.

• Ability to research and spend 95% of your day in a solo function. 

• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills

• Easy-going and adaptable attitude. 

• Able to learn and pick up things quickly.

• Ability to work 5% of the time in US time zone for client meetings.  

• Self-fortitude and the ability not to give up.

• Ability to work proactively and independently.
