We are looking for a Partner Development Manager / Strategic Partner Manager to lead high-impact partnerships that shape the future of learning and AI-powered education solutions.

Responsibilities

• •Build and manage strategic partnerships in the fields of education and artificial intelligence (AI)
• Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to drive innovative partnerships
• Integrate advanced learning technologies into educational systems and develop digital learning tools
• Support and scale educational products across the EMEA region
• Gather user feedback from educators and key stakeholders to enhance product development and user experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in tech industry, business development, education research, or curriculum development
• Fluent English (written & spoken) – required!
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills in educational partnerships
• Experience working across organizations and managing complex projects
• Preferred: Background in EdTech, AI, or sustainability in education
