monday.com is looking for a Senior Planning Program Manager to join the Cross-Company Program Management Team.
In this role, you will develop, refine, and implement a comprehensive company-wide annual planning process, ensuring alignment across key workstreams such as company strategy, OKRs, budgeting, headcount planning, and product roadmapping. You will collaborate with various teams and departments to cascade strategic priorities throughout the organization, enabling effective execution and continuous improvement.
About The Role
- Design and implement a company-wide planning process, including timelines, frameworks, and deliverables, while driving continuous improvements.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across departments to evolve processes based on changing needs.
- Facilitate strategic discussions and serve as the primary point of contact for the planning process across different disciplines.
- Create alignment and instill ownership within teams, helping the company achieve its long-term goals through effective execution.
- Identify and engage key owners across different functions, fostering strong cross-company collaboration.
- Act as a bridge between executive leadership and departments, ensuring clear communication of strategic priorities and reducing barriers.
- Monitor progress across all planning streams, proactively identifying risks, resolving conflicts, and removing obstacles.
- Guide and consult departments through planning and execution, providing tools, templates, and training to ensure consistency.
- Define cadence and key ceremonies to track execution, monitoring key milestones and deliverables.
- Regularly report progress to stakeholders, ensuring visibility into planning and execution.
- 3+ years of experience leading company-wide annual planning processes, preferably in large global software organizations.
- Deep understanding of cross-functional planning needs and challenges, ensuring solutions address diverse departmental requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in program management or business operations, spanning at least two disciplines (e.g., Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to quickly dive into various business aspects.
- Proven ability to drive alignment and accountability across a complex organization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, operating autonomously across multiple teams.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management – highly preferred.
