Our team is growing massively, and we are looking for an Asset Manager to join ZoomREI. You will be responsible for overseeing the management, growth, and optimization of the company’s portfolio of assets, ensuring maximum value and return on investment. And you will be responsible for handling assets the company holds until they begin the construction process

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and great interpersonal skills. The Asset Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders such as property management companies, contractors, legal consultants and the Finance team.

What am I going to do?

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for managing and optimizing the company’s asset portfolio.
• Monitor and analyze asset performance, identifying opportunities for value enhancement and risk mitigation.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts, and reports to track asset performance and ROI.
• Negotiate and manage lease agreements, rent renewals, and tenant relationships to maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
• Maintain good terms and build relationships with the property management companies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop asset management strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals.
• Provide regular reports to senior management detailing asset performance, key metrics, and progress toward strategic objectives.
• Communicate insights and recommendations derived from data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  
  

• Working US hours: Monday-Friday 17:00-2:00, Onsite (Fridays from home)
• 2+ years of Asset Management or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• 1+ years of Real Estate experience – advantage
• Highly fluent/Native English speaker.
• Analytical, proficient in Excel and preferably other analytics programs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A problem solver.
• Exceptional in long-term relationship building.
• Ambitious and persistent team player with a strong executive presence and dedication to achieving goals.
• Tech savvy / preferably with previous experience working with CRM systems.
