CISO & IT Manager

We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated CISO & IT Manager to join our team. In this role, you will handle a wide variety of tasks and lead the company’s global IT and Information Security initiatives. As a CISO & IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our information security perspective and ensuring that our organization is well-informed and protected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all IT and Information Security-related issues while leading a small team of IT and security employees.
• Build awareness of Information Security within the organization, educating employees on best practices and creating protective layers around critical organizational information.
• Manage IT demand and business budgets, coordinating system upgrades and implementing new technologies across all local and remote sites.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including the evaluation, procurement, and implementation of IT and security solutions.
• Maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software systems.
  
  

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven proficiency in IT infrastructure management and strategic planning.
• Broad knowledge of security frameworks and related legal and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with security technologies and concepts such as firewalls, EDRs, SASE, Mail Relay, PKI, and Cloud computing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in the areas of networking and services.
• Excellent vendor management skills, including evaluation, procurement, and implementation of security solutions.
• Certifications in AZ-104, AZ-500 or equivalent cloud authority credentials.
