Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centric Design: Lead the UX/UI design process with a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Market & User Research: Conduct research, analyze data, and gather insights to optimize product usability and engagement.
• Multi-Platform Expertise: Design intuitive experiences for both mobile and web applications while maintaining consistency and accessibility.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Tackle complex fintech challenges with creative and data-driven design solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into exceptional user experiences.
• Wireframes & Prototypes: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to bring ideas to life.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a fintech company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web design work.
• Experience conducting market research and user testing to drive design decisions.
• Deep understanding of user experience principles, design systems, and accessibility best practices.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex workflows.
