AI Technology Leader

We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Technology Leader to drive innovation and implementation of AI solutions within our organization. This role is crucial for developing and integrating cutting-edge AI technologies to improve algorithms and advanced systems and fostering collaborations with startups and academic institutions.

As a key leader, you will oversee all R&D projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements. You will lead large-scale AI initiatives across the organization, synchronizing and prioritizing internal activities while identifying new opportunities for AI-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI Strategy across the organization, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Evaluate, implement, and integrate new AI technologies based on project requirements and organizational goals.
• Manage large-scale AI projects, coordinating efforts across departments and ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with startups and universities to foster innovation and drive technological advancements.
• Synchronize and prioritize internal AI activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and strategic focus.
• Act as an authority in the AI field, guiding the organization on best practices, emerging trends, and implementation strategies.
• Bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring AI initiatives provide tangible value to the company.

Requirements:

• BSc in Engineering, or similar (advanced degrees are a plus).
• Proven experience, deep expertise, and a strong understanding of the AI landscape.
• Experience in software and algorithm development
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate AI technologies into strategic business value.
