Presale Operation Specialist

We're looking for passionate, tech-oriented individuals to join our team. As a Presale Operation Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales, R&D, Product, and QA teams to ensure smooth operations and product excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for Pre-Sales and support infrastructure readiness.
• Prepare event kits and support team efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Product team on features for Pre-Sale events and secure early access for customer presentations.
• Manage software upgrades and collaborate with NOC teams for monitoring.
• Work with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify technical issues and implement new features.
• Conduct manual tests, solve complex incidents, and support product improvement.
• Support infrastructure rollbacks and changes.
• Interface with the Opsec team to maintain protocols.
• Ensure environment stability and integrity.
  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on debugging experience.
• Strong understanding of Linux-based environments and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work non-standard hours
• Knowledge of networking concepts (VPNs, firewalls) - Advantage
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a technical account management role or a similar field- Advantage
• Experience in a tech environment - Advantage.
