Full Stack Team Leader

We seek a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Team Leader for our R&D team.

This role is an integral part of our innovative R&D department, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the foundational architecture of our cutting-edge systems.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development.
• Define and oversee end-to-end system architecture across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Ensure roadmap items are executed on time and with high quality, proactively addressing blockers and risks.
• Drive cross-team collaboration, aligning development efforts with business objectives and product requirements.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless and scalable user experiences.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and security.
• Collaborate with other R&D teams to ensure smooth cross-functional development.
• Remain at least 50% hands-on, actively coding and solving technical challenges alongside the team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead in a full-stack development team.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack/Backend/Frontend Developer.
• Very strong proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework (Angular is a bonus).
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Previous experience in a tech startup.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and growing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with Google’s Firebase
• Experience with Flutter/Ionic/React Native
